This if for my MaryKay debut, so I really need finger foods with class that are easy to make and CHEAP. I'm also serving white wine and iced tea. I'm a very good cook, and I make everything from scratch.Need cheap, fast, easy recipes - so far I'm thinking bruschetta and garlic toast with hummus-olive tapanade

Also layered pound cake with home whipped cream on which you pour molten milk chocolate just before you serve dusted with powered or confectionary sugar.Need cheap, fast, easy recipes - so far I'm thinking bruschetta and garlic toast with hummus-olive tapanade

Make the veggie pizza out of the crescent rolls, but cut out the dough in rounds to make them indivdual. Mix 1 cream cheese, 1 sour cream and 1 package of Hidden Valley ranch powder dressing. Spread on cooled, baked rounds. Top with cheese and raw veggies.
Cheese or chocolate fondue is always a big hit too.
open face sandwiches. You can have sliced boil eggs with a dollop of mayonnaise, cheese, smoked meats or salmon. Just decorate with some parsley, sour cream or chopped chives. Good Luck.
Some good ideas for bruschettas are:
1.Skin and roughly chop some tomato's, add chopped garlic and flat leaf parsley and mix together. spoon onto the bread and grill quickly.
2. Blend together 1 red pepper and 1 boiled egg until it becomes a paste, sounds gross but tastes great!
3. Artichokes and parma ham taste great together served on bruschetta.
4. Chrorizo and goats cheese
5. Pesto and sun dried tomato's goes well together
Before you toast the bread rub the surface of it with a clove of garlic a couple of times and drizzle with a little olive oil, this makes the bread extra tasty.
Good Luck!!!
