It's easy for people to say oh eat vegetable and fruit and you'll loose. But as an (angry) woman on a diet, I know this is useless since we all have probably never eaten fruits and vegetables and most likely HATE them. Substituting helps a great deal when cooking. For example, if you are going to have an omelet for breakfast, use Egg Beaters brand eggs (its very reduced fat eggs and comes in a small carton in liquid form) and fat free cheese with the veggies, etc. Also, try food that are REDUCED fat. The fat free versions usually taste like hell, but the reduced shaves off calories and fat and usually taste exactly the same. Skinny Cow ice cream is the exception. But look at what you cook and think about how you can change things that add up. Using fat free milk in your cereal, whole grain rice instead of white rice, etc. Hope this helps and good luck on your diet, keep at it!What are some good recipes to loose weight fast?

Try www.kimkins.com. There is a small fee to this but you get a lifetime membership. It is pretty much an ultra-low carbohydrate diet (nothing like Atkins) that you stick with until you reach your goal. I have lost 20 lb in 2 weeks on this, my mom has lost 30 lb in a month, and my sister has lost 26 lb in a month. It is definitely worth a try, whether you have a little or a bunch to lose! Also, you will not crave junk food and you actually get pretty good energy from this as well.
Good luck!
eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
