Step 1. Open pack of Oreo's (double stuff mint are best)

Ingredients:


4 - 20 oreo's: depending on how fat you are


2 cups milk

Open a tin of fruit cocktail and put some in a dish. Open a tin of condensed milk and pour some over the fruit. Desert in less than a minute. If you want to spend another minute then sprinkle some cinnamon or allspice on it.
OLD FASHIONED APPLE CAKE:


1 cup sugar


1 cup oil


2 eggs


2 teaspoons vanilla extract


2 cups flour


1/2 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon cinnamon


3 cups sliced apples


1/2 cup chopped walnuts


1 cup chocolate chips (optional)


In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Blend thoroughly. Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in the dry ingredients. Fold in apples, walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared 9 x 13-inch pan and spread evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on cake rack.





PISTACHIO DREAM CAKE: (4 Layers)


1 1/2 cups flour


1 stick margarine, melted


1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped


1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened


1 cup confectioners sugar


1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed


2 (4-oz.) packages Instant Pistachio Pudding


3 cups milk


In a small bowl; combine flour, margarine and walnuts. Spread evenly into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and set aside to cool. In a medium bowl; combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 5 Tablespoons of Cool Whip. Pour this mixture over the cooled crust layer and let set for 15 minutes. In a large bowl, combine pistachio pudding and milk; stirring until thickened. Pour pudding mixture over cream cheese layer and chill for 15 minutes. Top off the final layer with the remaining container of Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Serve.

Banana cream pie! Buy a ready made graham cracker crust, and slice one banana in the bottom. Make banana flavored jello, according to pie directions on the package. Top with coolwhip. I make this a lot in the summer, because you never need the oven! For variations add sliced strawberries to the bottom with the banana, or fresh raspberries to the top of the cream.
Bananas %26amp; cream. Slice a few bananas and mix them with a can of sweetened condensed milk and some powdered cinnamon. Presto in 3 minutes.
Snickers Pie Recipe





8 (2.07 oz) Snickers bars, divided


4 oz. semisweet chocolate


1 T. Bailey's Irish Creme liqueur


1 egg separated


1 T. sugar


2 C. whipping cream





Chop 7 of the Snickers bars and press into the bottom of a 9';, non-stick pie pan for the crust. Chop and reserve the remaining bar. Melt semi-sweet chocolate over hot water or in the microwave. Stir in liqueur. Beat in egg yolk. In a med. bowl, whip egg whites to a soft peak and gradually add sugar until it holds a stiff peak. Fold in chocolate mixture.





Whip cream to soft peaks. Fold 2/3 of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Place chocolate mixture on top of pie crust. Garnish with remaining whipped cream and reserved chopped candy bars. Refrigerate until ready to serve.





Note: For easy removal from pan, slice pie, freeze and then remove slices.








Creamy Orange Tapioca Recipe





1 egg


1/3 C. sugar


1/8 t. salt


1 1/2 C. milk


3 T. quick-cooking tapioca


2 T. orange zest


1 t. vanilla extract


1 C. whipping cream





In saucepan, combine egg, sugar and salt. Beat with wooden spoon until well blended. Stir in milk, tapioca and grated orange rind; let stand 5 minutes. Place pan over medium-high heat and cook until it comes to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Turn heat to low and continue stirring for 1 minute more. Remove from heat and cool. Add vanilla extract. In bowl, whip cream (or use frozen topping such as Cool Whip, thawed). Fold whipped cream or topping into well-cooled tapioca mixture. Pour into bowl and chill well. Serve in sherbet glasses.





Makes 6 servings.











Raspberry Chantilly





l pkg (3-oz) black raspberry or raspberry gelatin


1/4 tsp salt


1 cup boiling water


1 cup cold water


1 cup whipped cream or prepared Dream Whip Topping


1/2 cup peach jam





Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until very thick. Then whip gelatin until fluffy.





Stir in whipped topping and jam.





Pour into serving dishes or individual molds. Chill until firm.





May top with more whipped topping.





Makes about 5 1/2 cups or 8 servings.
These cookies can either be dropped by the spoonful or spread in a buttered pan and cut into squares.';

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1/2 cup peanut butter


3 cups quick cooking oats

DIRECTIONS:


In a saucepan combine the sugar, milk, cocoa, and margarine. Cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla, peanut butter, and quick cooking oats.


Drop spoonfuls of batter onto sheets of greased waxed paper. Let cool. Store cookies in an airtight container.

Busy Day Cobbler





1/3 cup butter


1 cup flour


1/3 cup sugar


2 tsp. baking powder


1/4 tsp. salt


2/3 cup milk


one large can sliced peaches with liquid


1/4 cup additional sugar


1 Tbsp cinnamon





Melt butter in 8 by 11 inch baking dish. In bowl combine flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour over butter but do not stir. Over this pour sliced peaches (liquid included, but not all of it - I usually leave about 1 inch of liquid in the can, if you pour in all the liquid, it's too much)


Sprinkle peaches with additional sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Good served warm with ice cream.

HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE


1 录 cups granulated sugar, divided


1 cup flour


陆 cup cocoa, divided


2 tsp. baking powder


录 tsp. salt


陆 cup milk


1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted


1 陆 tsp. vanilla extract


陆 cup packed light brown sugar


1 录 cup hot water


1. Heat oven to 350 degrees


2. Stir together 戮 cup granulated sugar, flour, 录 cup cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour batter into ungreased 9 inch square baking pan. Stir together remaining 陆 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and remaining 录 cup cocoa; sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot water slowly over top . Do not stir.


3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes; spoon into dessert dishes, spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top. Serve warm with ice cream.

Strawberry Angel Food Cake





1 storebought Angel Food cake, torn into bite sized pieces


1 (8oz.) package no fat cream cheese, softened


1 (12 oz.) container light whipped cream


2/3 cup powdered sugar


2 lbs. fresh strawberries, sliced





With electric mixer, mix together the cream cheese, whipped cream and powdered sugar.





In a large clear glass bowl, layer half of the cake, spread half of the cream cheese mixure over that, then half of the strawberries. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries.





Chill until ready to serve.
A Quick Dessert!!!








Yield: 4 Servings





4 Pieces toast


4 sl Cheese


Nutmeg


1 1/2 c Applesauce


1/4 c Sugar





Add sugar and nutmeg to applesauce. Put applesauce on toast, about 3


tablespoons on each piece of toast. Lay a slice of cheese over the


sauce.


Bake in a moderate oven until thecheese melts. Serve hot.
Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookie Pie


1 (18 oz) roll Pillsbury Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies with Walnuts


3 cups powdered sugar


1 cup peanut butter


2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened


1/4 cup water


1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted


16 pecan halves


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cookie from wrapper. With floured fingers, press dough in bottom of ungreased 9'; or 10'; springform pan. Bake for 14 - 18 min. or until golden brown. Cool 15 min.


In medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, butter and water; mix well. (if necessary, add additional water 1 tsp. at a time until mixture is smooth). Drop spoonsful of mixture over baked cookie crust; press evenly to cover crust.


Spread melted chocolate chips over peanut butter mixture. If desired, carefully swirl chocolate with fork. Garnish with pecan halves. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate is set. Ready to eat in 1 hr 50 min... Worth the wait! :^%26gt;
