Does anyone have any good fast recipes i can make for dinner?

Black Beans and Rice

1 can of Black Beans

1 can of Diced Tomatoes (the Muir Glen Fire Roasted ones are great)

1 Med. Onion, diced

1 Cup of chopped veggies (whatever you've got - red peppers, carrots, zuchinni)

Chopped fresh kale or spinach, or thawed brick of spinach (totally optional)

1 jalape帽o (or a shake of red pepper flakes)

Olive Oil

scoop or so of pre-minced garlic

Minute Brown Rice, cooked

Heat oil in a pan. Throw in all veggies, including garlic, and let sweat.

When those are done, throw in the undrained cans of beans and tomatoes. Stir, let hang out on med-lo heat for about 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings if desired, serve over rice and with tortillas, if you have them.

This is an infinitely variable recipe, and can be enlarged or shrunk with lots of ease. It also freezes beautifully. :)Does anyone have any good fast recipes i can make for dinner?
Kraft mac and cheese from the box. Or a frozen pizza..Does anyone have any good fast recipes i can make for dinner?
Taco Salad:

Brown Ground Beef, Drain...add cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper, diced onion, and diced bell pepper. Simmer in just a bit of water until onions are clear. Add a bit of cubed Velveeta and melt into beef mixture.Serve over lettuce and Fritos with Salsa...Yum.
I would do the mac and cheese with the ground beef. that sounds good. as a chef I have a hard time doing fast meals. It seems that I am always makeing my own ingredents and that takes time.
Make a package of mac %26amp; cheese, then add a half cup of salsa and some browned %26amp; drained burger.

Cook the beef as above, add to a jar of spaghetti sauce, and serve over noodles.

Or do ';breakfast for dinner';---pancakes, eggs %26amp; bacon or sausage, or waffles.

Or slice a loaf of french bread the long way, top with pizza sauce and your fave toppings for french bread pizza!
