Simple, Easy, Fast Recipes?

Does anyone know any simple, fast, and easy recipes? My mom was planning on me making dinner.... But of course I was lazy. So does anyone know recipes that involve ground turkey or beef that are simple, fast, and easy? Please help!Simple, Easy, Fast Recipes?
Tater Tot Casserole





1/2 pound ground beef


1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup


10 3/4 fluid ounces skim milk


1 teaspoon garlic salt


1 (14.5 ounce) can French style green beans


1/2 (32 ounce) package tater tots








Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).


In a large skillet over high heat, brown the ground beef and drain fat. Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup, skim milk, garlic salt and green beans. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized casserole dish and layer with the tater tots.


Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until tater tots are browned and crispy.

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits





1 1/2 pounds ground beef


1/2 cup chopped celery


1/2 cup chopped onion


2 tablespoons all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon dried oregano


1/8 teaspoon pepper


2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce


1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables


1 (7.5 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits


1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese





In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, celery and onion until meat is no longer pink and celery is tender; drain. Stir in the flour, salt, oregano and pepper until blended. Add tomato sauce and vegetables; simmer for 5 minutes.


Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Separate biscuits; arrange over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.

Elbows and Ground Beef





1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef


1 green bell pepper, chopped


1 onion, chopped


2 (29 ounce) cans tomato sauce


1 (16 ounce) package macaroni


1 (10 oz) can corn, drained





Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.


In a large pan, brown ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onion, and cook until onion is soft. Add green pepper, corn, and tomato sauce; cook until pepper is soft.


Serve sauce over pasta.

2 lbs ground beef or turkey


1 packet taco seasoning


1 package soft taco size flour tortillas


1 can cream of chicken soup


1 can diced green chiles


1/4 cup milk


1 cup shredded cheddar





Brown ground beef, drain fat and add taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly and set aside.





In a large bowl mix the cream of chicken soup, milk and green chiles.





Dip a flour tortilla in the cream of chicken mix, stuff with ground beef and roll like an enchilada. Lay the rolled enchilada in a baking dish and continue to dip and fill the tortillas until the casserole dish is full. Pour the remaining cream of chicken mix on top of the rolled enchiladas and top with the cup of shredded cheese.





Bake on 375 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted bubbly and a little golden brown.





I like things spicy so I always add chopped jalepenos in with the meat when I am browning it. You can do this too if you like things spicy.
Meatball Soup








戮 cup bread crumbs, soft


3 tablespoons milk


陆 pound ground beef or ground turkey


1 clove garlic, minced


1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped


录 teaspoon thyme


录 cup Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving


鈪?teaspoon nutmeg


陆 teaspoon salt


8 cups chicken broth, or beef broth


录 cup pastina, cooked


2 tablespoons parsley, chopped


pepper, to taste


In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Add meat, garlic, onion, thyme, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and salt. Form into meatballs. (You can use a melon baller to portion.)





In a large saucepan, bring broth to a boil over medium-high heat. Add meatballs, reduce heat to low, and cook covered 8 to 10 minutes, until cooked through. Add cooked pastina and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley and pass a pepper mill and a bowl of Parmesan cheese on the side.

Or - One pound of ground beef or turkey made with a taco seasoning package, over rice with veggies, in an omelet, folded into a flour tortilla or in a corn taco shell, tossed on a dinner sized salad or made into a dip (just add sour cream or cream cheese)
Here is a recipe we call skillet lasagna. It's yummy and easy.





1lb ground beef


approx. 2 cups noodles (fusilli work well, but any kind is good)


1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce


2 cups frozen corn


2 cups mozzarella or cheddar cheese (shredded)


1 1/2 cups cottage cheese





Cook the ground beef and while it's cooking cook your noodles.


When you add the noodles to the boiling water throw the corn in with it.


Drain noodles, add to beef. Stir in remaining ingredients cook over medium high until cheese is melted.
TAMALE PIE CASSEROLE





1 1/2 lb. hamburger


1 med. size onion


2 c. stewed tomatoes


1 sm. can tomato sauce


2 c. whole kernel corn


1 tsp. salt


1/4 tsp. pepper


1 tbsp. chili powder


1 clove garlic, minced





TOPPING:





1 1/2 c. milk


1/2 c. cornmeal


2 tbsp. butter


1 tsp. salt


2 eggs, lightly beaten


1 c. shredded cheese





Brown hamburger and onion. Add tomatoes, sauce, corn, and seasonings. Cook for about 20 minutes. Pour into well greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish or large casserole.





For Topping: Mix the milk, cornmeal, butter and salt; cook until thick. Add the eggs and cheese; e mix well and pour over meat mixture. Bake until top is browned at 350 degrees, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

-take a bowl and mix the pepper cheese with finely chopped coriander


-now cut it into 8 parts (like u cut a pizza)...and u will get triangular pieces


-now just heat the oil nd deep fry it


-serve hot

How about chili? cook the meat, drain and dump into a big pot. Add a couple cans of chili beans and a can of tomatoes and simmer. Viola! You could even and chopped onions and peppers if you wanted to take the time. Got five more minutes? Scratch open a box of corn bread mix, add milk and an egg, stir and bake. BAM Full meal!

You can make meat loaf with turkey or hamburger meat. And all you have to do is mix it and bake for and hour or so. Pretty simple, huh.
Hmmm. Maybe macoroni and cheese and you can add beef.. Or buy some thing steaks and fry them.

Ingredients

鈥?1 large onion, diced


鈥?1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey

Directions





Set a heavy-based pot over medium-high heat and add a 3-count of olive oil. Add onions and saut茅 for 2 to 3 minutes until translucent. Add ground turkey, season well with salt and pepper and brown well all over, breaking it up with a wooden spoon - about 7 to 10 minutes. Add ketchup, mustard, cayenne, brown sugar and tomato paste. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Finish with a splash of red wine vinegar and season it once more before serving on parker rolls with homemade Bread and Butter Pickles.
