What are some good recipes to do or fast ways to make a healthy meal.?

I am currently at a normal weight. Now that I'm hitting 22 I realize that 30 is just around the corner and I need to start taking care of my body. I don't know how to cook so I frequently consume junk food right now its ok but I know eventually its going to catch on to me if I continue this path.

Any tipes of sites...

Thanks for your help. What are some good recipes to do or fast ways to make a healthy meal.?
Good for you - starting early will keep you looking younger longer. Here's what I do and it works. I am 48 and look younger by years with perfect size 6 body. Going to the gym helps too!

Breakfast Choices:

- fresh fruit is best (always eat on an empty stomach because fruit does not digest in the stomach - it goes directly to the intestines) I like to cut up melons, pineapple and throw some blueberries in - delicious!

-instant oatmeal - high in protein (unsweetened, unflavored is best)

- slice of bread (whole grain) with something healthy on it - hummus, almond butter, goat cheese, cottage cheese or real fruit jam (low sugar)

-hard boiled eggs (high in protein - can be made night before)

-yogurt - very good for you!

Lunch Choices:

- salad of organic greens with olive oil/balsamic dressing. Throw on any of these: pine nuts, grilled chicken or salmon (from night before), sunflower seeds, feta cheese, dried cranberries, tuna (not more than 2X/week), flax seeds, avacado, grated cheese - whatever you like! You can eat this every day and make it different every time!

Snacks:

- fresh veggies - the best!

-nuts - especially almonds, cashews but these are high in fat (good fat) so not too many.

-fruit (apple, orange, etc.)

-you can get healthy granola, fruit, protein bars but these are usually pretty hi-cal

Dinner Choices: (I usually do a meat + a salad + a veggie every day and add rice or a potato (baked is best - easy to make in the microwave poke holes with a fork and nuke for 5 min) 2-3 times a week

-meats: grilled chicken breast, fish, turkey are excellent choices (high protein and low fat)

-salad - greek, ceasar or mixed veggie (cucumber, red pepper, onion, tomato). You can do a different one every time!

-vegetable - esp good are asparagus, green beans, carrots (if calories are not an issue, go ahead and add some butter but NOT margarine - it will kill you!)

Dessert:

-dark chocolate 70% cocoa or higher) is really good for you but only 1 square/day. If weight is not an issue - have whatever you want but not every day - too much sugar. Maybe 2-3 times a week - enjoy whatever you love most. Eating healthy is not about depriving yourself - it's about staying balanced.

All the best! What are some good recipes to do or fast ways to make a healthy meal.?
Become vegan. Kinda hard to eat junk after that.
Here's my daily regimen:

Breakfast: bowl of dry Cheerios (the HEB equivalent, actually) and my second cup of coffee

Lunch: when I have it, PB%26amp;J sandwich, or Ramen noodles with some canned chicken meat

Dinner (what I have for lunch at work): a frozen Banquet TV dinner (hey, it's only 94 cents!) and a liter of Nestle's strawberry/kiwi water

Snack (after I get off work at 11pm): Whataburger cheeseburger (mayo only) and a Dr Pepper

Dessert: whatever I scrounge up

Hey...I'm 51 and only have one stent so far.
