What are some really good recipes for the daniel fast?

I am starting this, or i did last night, and there is not much i can eat.Anyone have any ideass? What are some really good recipes for the daniel fast?
First thought that I had - grab a bible and just read what they were Daniel was eating with his buddies while in exile......

Ezechiel bread is for sale in most stores which can be used vs. white bread. They have a variety of breads to make choice of. Will warn you - bread is VERY FILLING. So if you used to eat two sandwiches before - you may find yourself totally stuffed at one or maybe even a half of a sandwich. This is a plus as you won't have the stress of making bread added onto the other cooking that you are going to be doing.

Basic approach is best. If it is processed - you don't eat it. If it is 'fake' (as in the fake sweetener) stay away from it.

Whole grains, fresh fruits, etc. Everything is made fresh or eaten as close to how it was grown and be eatable.

It is all about fresh and basic. Like I said - really is covered in the book of Daniel in the bible - which is where the concept actually came from. What are some really good recipes for the daniel fast?
